ABOUT ME

Born in Águeda (Portugal) 34 years ago. I played table tennis, swimming, duathlon and football, but surrendered to Orienteering in mountain biking. At the age of 18, I put my backpack on my back to fulfill my dream of being a High Performance athlete.

With more than 28 years dedicated to sport, i am an exercise physiologist and trainer, helping dozens of athletes to overcome themselves daily.

Since 2007 I have participated in European and World championships in MTBO and Foot-Orienteering.

16 times National Champion I already race 16 times in World Championships.

I love sport, nature, traveling and sharing this with friends and family.
